Delivery

We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible - typically within 1-3 working days of receiving the order. Orders before 12:00 is usually sent the same day, and you can expect delivery to the parcel shop within 1-2 days. You will receive an e-mail when your goods have been dispatched. Items ordered in the webshop are sent with GLS (Denmark) or UPS (abroad), and a shipping fee is added depending on the weight of the shipment. All shipments are traceable via GLS tracking . If the package appears damaged upon receipt, please call attention to this and have it noted. Packages to abroad are invoiced according to the current rate.

Delivery to workplace

Save the trip to the package shop
We are happy to deliver your package to your workplace. You simply have to select "Other delivery address" and remember to state the name of the company, your own name and any department.

Payment

CASAgent accepts payment with Dankort/Visadankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa card and JCB as well as EAN number from public companies.

How do I return my order?

Send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your regret. Remember to enclose the receipt, and note that the shipping costs are covered by you as the customer.

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive the item or receive the last part of an order with multiple items in physical possession.
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel the purchase. The message is sent to casagent@casagent.dk , or by using the standard cancellation form, which can be found at the bottom of the trading conditions. State clearly that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Right of complaint

If an item is damaged or has a fault, you can complain to our contact address. The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply when purchasing goods. As a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can get the item repaired, exchanged, get your money back or get a discount, depending on the situation. The complaint must be justified and the fault not caused by incorrect use.
