Welcome to CASAgent - By shopping at CASAgent's online shop, you automatically accept the conditions below. We therefore recommend that you read these conditions thoroughly before shopping with us.
The conditions apply to the purchase of goods at www.casagent.eu. If you have bought the item from a dealer, you must contact your dealer for more information about returns and complaints.
If you are a dealer, we refer to our B2B terms and conditions. Log in and find them on the B2B page under "My account".
Delivery
We endeavor to dispatch your order as quickly as possible - usually within 1-3 working days after receiving the order. If ordered before 12 noon, packages are sent the same day as far as possible. You can expect to collect from the parcel shop 1-2 days after. You will receive an email when your items are shipped. Goods ordered in the webshop are sent with GLS (DK) or UPS (abroad). A shipping fee is added depending on the weight of the freight per order. All shipments are sent as parcels with GLS and are thus trackable via https://gls-group.com/DK/en/parcel-tracking. Always remember that if your package appears to be damaged on the packaging, please draw attention to it when you receive the item and have it noted. Packages abroad will be invoiced according to the current rate.
Delivery to your workplace - so you save the trip to the parcel post office
We are happy to deliver your parcel to your workplace, so you save the trip to the parcel post office. You just have to enter "Other delivery address" - remember company name, your name and possibly department.
Payment
CASAgent accepts payment with Dankort/Visadankort, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa-Kort and JCB and EAN No from public companies.
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) We deduct the amount when we send the item, or
2) the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
Payment by credit card will only be debited from your account when the item has been dispatched. We do not charge card fees
CASAgent encrypts ALL your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item, or take physical possession of the last item, in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
If the item consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive the last lot or the last part in physical possession.
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. Notification must be given either by email casagent@casagent.dk or by using the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot simply cancel by simply refusing receipt of the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.
The receipt must always be included. You cover the costs for the return shipment yourself. Reimbursement of the purchase price takes place as soon as possible and no later than 5 days after receipt of the returned item.
Return
You must send your order back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Items that are not picked up in the parcel shop, here the freight will be deducted from the refund amount.
Missing original packaging may constitute a reduction in value, so to be sure of receiving all the money back, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.)
The item's condition when you send it back:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we regard it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount
Right of complaint
If an item is damaged or has a fault, you can complain to our contact address.
The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Complaints and product returns are sent to:
CASAgent, Bomose Allé 26, 3200 Helsinge. Please note that we do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery, just as parcels without distribution will be sent back. We recommend you send with GLS or Post Nord.
Since DAO often delivers packages outside our opening hours and the packages are outside our door... We do not recommend sending with them.
Access to complaints
If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact casagent@casagent.dk. If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint portal for Nævnenes Hus . In order to be able to complain, the product or service that you want to complain about must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and a maximum of DKK 100,000. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address. We register and pass on the personal data that is necessary to be able to deliver the goods to you. The personal information is registered with (insert the company's legal name) and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection. From the data controller at CASAgent.eu, you will be able to find out what information we have on you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it.
